Regarding the comment from franz ferdinand, staying the night in a "haunted" pub is more fun than you might think. I must admit, though, that staying in one for the whole day is even more enjoyable. (Especially if they serve real ale.)

I understand that plymouth is a poor comparison to the majesty of the capital city of devon, namely exeter. Not only are the ghosts better in exeter but the football team is too.
